- First-time and repeat homebuyers who are veterans
- Borrowers meeting income limits

What it provides: Emergency rental assistance for veteran families at risk of homelessness
Assistance: Rental assistance, utility deposits, and case management up to 90–180 days.
Eligibility: Income at or below 50% AMI; rapid rehousing or prevention services.
Who may qualify:
- Very low-income veteran families in Florida
- Veterans homeless or at imminent risk
- Including single veterans
